Bram-Cor CROI, industrial reverse osmosis system is a water treatment technology (similar to PW generator) that uses semipermeable membranes and high pressure to separate water from dissolved salts, organic compounds, microorganisms, and other contaminants. The process produces high-purity demineralized water suitable for a wide range of industrial production applications where consistent water quality is essential.

Reverse osmosis systems, as well as in the pharmaceutical sector (see Bram-Cor CROS and CROW models) are widely used in the food and beverage, cosmetics, electronics, chemical, and power generation industries. In pharmaceutical manufacturing, they represent the primary purification stage for the production of highly purified process water, as a pretreatment step for Water for Injection (WFI) generation systems.
The main advantage of reverse osmosis is its ability to remove up to 99% of dissolved ions together with suspended solids, bacteria, endotoxins, and many organic substances, while significantly reducing the need for chemical treatment. This results in lower operating costs, improved process reliability, reduced maintenance requirements, and extended service life of downstream purification equipment such as electrodeionization (EDI) units, ion exchange systems, and distillation plants.
Bram-Cor industrial CROI plants are designed to deliver stable performance with optimized water recovery, low energy consumption, and continuous monitoring of critical operating parameters. Modular configurations allow easy capacity expansion and integration into automated process control systems, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding production conditions.
By combining high purification efficiency, operational flexibility, and environmental sustainability, industrial reverse osmosis systems have become one of the most effective and economical solutions for producing high-quality process water across a broad spectrum of manufacturing industries
