Each BRAM-COR PRTW Water Pretreatment System is customized upon a careful evaluation of feed water quality using local water analysis. Raw water can be pre-treated to remove contaminants (such as particulates, calcium and magnesium salts, heavy metals, organics and bacteria) through different steps, including:

  •     Ultrafiltration
  •     Multimedia filters
  •     Automatic duplex softeners
  •     Industrial reverse osmosis

 

Chemical dosing stations are added for many purposes such as water disinfection and/or chlorine neutralization; pretreated water quality is constantly monitored to ensure suitability to feed downstream water treatment equipments, such as RO units or distillers.
